Why does it say I perm banned and I didn’t do anything

the warning is the code of conduct that says what you can and cannot do and even tho you never actually got anything from people just SAYING you would take money/points for anything is solicitation and thus why you were perm banned sorry.

You need to contact enforcement on there website enforcement.xbox.com It will tell you there, You need to log into the account that was banned to find out, Please also check the emails
of the account that was banned as well, There should be a email in there saying more information.
