why does it say i dont own it

I bought a game a while ago and it was working properly but then out of nowhere it gets deleted from my console and when i go to the store it doesn’t say i own it and it wasn’t returned because my balance is the exact same

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. I would first make sure that you can find the game in your

order history.

If it's there, try then
removing the account and redownloading it back to the console.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you're experiencing.

Are you currently signed in to the account that owns the license to the game?

I would first suggest
Remove / Add the profile from the Xbox console .

Once you've tried that, go to the Xbox Store on the console and try to launch the game from there.
