    Why does it only say 3 years on my account?


    Hello, maybe someone can help me with this. When you go to your profile on Xbox, then in the left corner it says a number 3 with me. I know that is means how long im on Xbox Live. But my question is, why is it 3 years when i joined Xbox Live in 2009. Shouldn't
    it say 9/8 year ons my account?

    I hope someone can help me with this.

    i also have a question on this subject matter. My account says i have 3 years of xbox live but i only used to 1-year xbox live pre-paid cards. Why does it say i have 3 years of live?

    Microsoft Complete offer - FAQ says 3 years, shop says 1 year - even neccessary?

    But why does it say 3 years in the FAQ and 1 in the shop if I get 2 - as you say. Why does it only say 3 years on my account? o_O

    My default warranty lasts until Feb11, 2016 - this are 2 years and a few months.

    Its a number in reference to how many years of uninterrupted Xbox Live service. You may have had your account since 2009 but if its stating 3 then you've only had 3 years of continuous Xbox Live service.

    Then why does the subscription in question come up under “canceled subscriptions”?

    Trust me, I’m not 80 years old, I can navigate subscriptions easily. This subscription is canceled. End of story. Even when I check the billing history it says I’ve only been charged once which is a lie. The money has been taken off my account 3 times.
