    Why does it not show the support chat bank anymore?


    Does anyone else realize the support chat bank is gone? I always enjoy helping other people out and fixing their issues. I think they should add the support chat bank back.

    XOne "Use a different way to pay" problem

    Sounds like your bank could be the issue. Support cannot do anything with a card over chat. I would attempt to add a new card. Goto Xbox support chat, ask them if they can call you to add a new payment method. But make sure your bank is not restricting the card because of the activity. Certain banks cancel cards if they sense a breach and send you a new one

    50,000 points? Why are we still waiting.

    In order for support to check, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. Keep in mind the credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

    The Rewards program is not run by Microsoft which is why regular phone/chat support does not handle the program.

    The Support Chat Bank for Ambassadors hasn't gone, it's been replaced by 'Responder'. However, responder is currently offline

    I was granted a refund last night for a in-app purchase but when I woke up now they took my money out of my acc.

    In this case, you have two options, my friend. You can either talk to your bank or financial institution and ask them why the money that returned to your account is not there anymore. Or, you can talk to Xbox support and see why the refunded money is not showing on your bank account anymore.

    Did you - or the child, actually - use your credit card to pay for the order? Sometimes the money will get back to your credit card as a refund on the next credit card invoice, and not to your bank account. Refund requests will always return the money to the payment method used for the purchase.

    My latest reoccurring Xbox Game Pass payment is showing as pending - Can't play games.

    Contact your bank to check why the payment is pending and if you still have issues contact xbox chat support

    So, if your bank refused the payment you should directly contact the bank and try to understand why and if it is possible to approve payments from the MS store.

    It's also good to have a
    chat with the support     to see if it was something on their side.
