Why does it never "sync data"

It was happening with every game and I am using windows 11

I followed this:
"If everything is up to date , try and double check this:
Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC and try again"

These 3:
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service

They were on "manual" and after changing to automatic and restarting everything now works perfectly fine.
As extra info the games that I had this problem with/tried to play was Deathloop, dishonored 2, dishonored death of the outsider. Which are all Arkane games, but I'm not sure this matters, just thought I'd mention it. (these where the only games I tried to play, not sure if it would've affected other games)

If it's the second, what game is that?
Are you using windows 10 or 11?

In the meantime, please double check if all the apps are up to date

For this open the Microsoft Store and check for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too. (Click on get updates)

Yes, everything is working fine, I tested doom eternal and slime rancher 2 and both of those work as well.
