    Why does internet explorer require live login to be used ?


    Hi guys the other day when Xbox live was unavailable and I couldn't log in, I wanted to use internet explorer to access my local networked media server and couldn't, why has internet explorer the requirement to log in when only wanting to access local network.
    Is there a way to still use ie when offline ?

    NHL Gamecenter ap not on XBOX one?!

    Does not work using Internet Explorer. After clicking on Login, nothing happens.
