Why does halo infinite keep breaking?

At first we couldn't get the game to start, so we uninstalled and reinstalled. That worked.

Then we spent 30min trying to get co-op to work, only to find online that they don't have co-op???

Then, it froze.

And it froze again.

Then the games wouldn't load. The saved game was there and we could click it, but then it wouldn't load.

Oh, and the New Game option had disappeared.

There's no way to contact support for any of this, btw, good luck.

After deleting all the saved data we got the game to work. For a bit.

After playing last night we found out today that the saved game is GONE. 2 hours of the campaign GONE.

Where did my saved game go? Why does Halo Infinite completely suck? Were it possible, I'd demand a refund, but like I mentioned with contacting support, good luck getting in touch with anyone at Microsoft. They REALLY don't give a ****.

Try to retrieve the lost save from the cloud, Go to My games & apps.

- Highlight the game.

- Press the Menu button and select Manage game and add-ons.

- Go to saved Data and clear local saves.

- Then, Select the game tile, and then choose Select all to make sure all available content gets installed.

- Select Save changes and wait for the content to install.

- Relaunch the game.

I reset the console to factory defaults while keeping my games and apps. Before that, I redownloaded Halo 5. The Halo Infinite Beta does not work either but Halo: the MCC does work.

I only get this message with Valhalla and not Halo Infinite, why?
