    Why does gamepass say I have a suspension but there is no active suspension?


    This is scaring me and I don't want to get banned for no reason.....

    Yea but last time this happened I got suspended for profile picture and message banned and my profile picture was Maggie Simpson with a shirt that says I'm with stupid and I didn't even msg anyone to get banned

    Do you mean the Game Pass app? If you're getting a notification of a suspension there, but you have no active suspension and you are able to log in and play online without a suspension notification, then you're fine. That's been a glitch for a long time.

    I don't work for Microsoft so I don't know if they're working a fix. You can use the report tool in the app to report the issue.

    Why am I banned?

    I am signed in the right account and it says banned user so i can not appeal it, I have never been banned before and I have no email indicating why this has happend, is says suspended but with no details as to why this has occurred. On the active suspension list it says no current suspension and no enforcement history. Hope you can help me undo this matter.
