Why does Dragon Quest XI S Definitive Edition not work?

I first bought the game over a year ago and it worked and played fine, really enjoyed the game. Doing a second playthrough and around a week or so ago, it just suddenly doesn't work. I mean the actual GAME itself doesn't work. The Xbox would constantly say to "insert the game disc" even though the game was already inside the console, or it would ask to "check the disc". Other games booted up and played perfectly fine, so I figured it must be the actual disc and it somehow got damaged that I couldn't see. I bought another copy and just tried to use it literally ten minutes, fresh out of the box, and the same thing happens. Clearly a brand new copy of the game can't also be damaged so this leaves me to assume the actual game itself just doesn't exist anymore or something. What the hell is going on?

- May I ask which Xbox model you have?

- Do you have an external storage unit plugged into your console? if you do, could you tell me if Dragon Quest is installed on it?

- Have you already tried launching the game using a different Xbox profile?

- Besides trying other games and buying another copy of the game, have you tried anything else to fix this?

Yes i recived 3 different
The first is that a crash report was deleted but i dont think its that since it happened even when the game was fine

The second is that i cant connect to xbox live (im on pc) with the code 0x80004005

The third is just a fatal error that happens after i just spam ok on the second error

Please try the following fixes.

Step 1

- Go to Xbox.com and click Sign In.

- If there are problems with your account, the instructions will help to resolve them. - If you can't go beyond the login screen, select Forgot my password and follow the instructions.

Step 2

- Click the Windows + I keys

- Click on Time and Language

- Under Date & Time, verify that the Set time automatically setting is turned on.

If the error still persists, try the next step.

Step 3

- Click the Windows + I keys

- Click on Accounts

- Browse to the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select Remove.

- Then go back to Xbox app and reconnect with the Microsoft account you just removed.

Okay. Reinstall the game, this time with your third party Antivirus turned off.
