Why does avatar not work

Bump again because nothing has happened.

There needs to be a way to delete the old avatar. Power cycle does not work. On the Xbox website and on the console, the new avatar is shown but it will not save. Creating a new avatar does not work. It keeps reverting back to the old avatar.

No there is a easier way.

Sometimes his helps:

You just go into the avatar and go to take a gamer picture.

Press X and then Y to make your avatar use the avatar prop.

The first 2 times it maybe does not show up but after 3 times pressing Y it should work.

It sometimes get stuck don´t know why but that´s how I fixed that problem with my avatar.

Does it work for the old avatars or only the creepy new ones?

I'm looking for. However, the Avatar Store still does not work.
