    21 hours and counting !!

    Already since Monday Xbox live is no longer available. This is a joke and I expect adequate compensation of Xbox Live Gold users by Microsoft. After all, we pay good money for your services. Since we can not yet expect that the system works.

    21 hours and counting !!

    This is getting beyond a joke. 21 hours live is down. No reason given as to why the service is down. No update as to when the service will be up and running. Ive been on xbox 360 since the day it was released. Im not some 12 year old but yet am being treated
    like one. Appalling customer service regarding this matter, keeping paying customers in tje dark is disgraceful. But I noticed my live subscription was taken out of my account today quick to ensure that. Hopefully just as quick to issue MS points for this
    downtime seeing as there no end in sight. One disgusted customer

    Microsoft Lied-No offline play!

    The console itself will play games, movies, and TV offline. However you will need to be signed in to verify your installation and license. So if you buy a new game you will need to be connected first before being able to play offline. Reports have the console
    connecting once every 24 hours for DRM related to the software licenses. Assuming the game or software itself isn't always online then you can play your stuff offline. Only after verifying your installation though. This system is exactly like STEAM but evolved
    in order to facilitate trading of the physical media. I'm not sure why they have the console connect every 24 hours but it's probably for DRM reasons. It still doesn't make the console always online but it does still make it annoying with having to connect
    every 24 hours. What happens if you don't connect and are already playing a game you installed and registred? That is the real question.

    I can't get the xbox app for android to download to my samsung galaxy note 4.

    Are you able to download and install other apps? You may need to reinstall your ROM or check to see that SU isn't doing anything weird. It's been awhile since I've played around with that stuff but I do remember a bit. If that app itself isn't installing
    even with an APK it sounds like more of an issue with the device or the software you're using on the device. A clean install of your device's software should help.
