There is no "real " level cap. Blizzard is coming out soon with more expansions, areas, armor ( dungeons made for specific armor sets ), everything, but only for the UEE of D3. Everything scales to the level of your character. So if you want to have a level
60 character and play on easy there is no challenge, so there you go. BUT, take your level 60 character and play on the highest Torment level and you WILL fail, end of story. Take a level 70 character, highest paragon level, highest torment level, and you
will get a challenge. The higher levels are made to be played with other players though, because the rewards are greater and many. You were told D3UEE is D3 with more gear, added area and quests, regular rifts need no stones, greater rifts do, etc. etc. It
is the most COMPLETE, UP TO DATE, edition of the game and they are continually improving it. So you can either get it or not, not many people have the " vanilla " version anymore.

I hate despise loathe abhor it when the enemies are always the same level as the player character.

I am done with the Diablo series then if Blizzard decides to stick with this " enemy always the same level as the player " garbage.

I will just to stick to Diablo 3 vanilla

Normal = Level 27

Nightmare = Level 47

Hell = Level 57

Inferno = Level 65

As I said ealier,if you play the game with a level 60 character on normal you'll blitz it.

Ok, I have to ask this. If the enemies scale with you does it matter? I ask because apparently from playing UEE the a high level character will have no challenge on easy or even normal. I am not sure the max difficulty I turned it up too but it was obvious
in UEE the difficulty was what determined the challenge of the enemies. So there must be some kind of cap at each difficulty.

Saying this, I would think that just adjusting the difficulty to be the kind of challenge or non-challenge you want would be fine. I mean, would it matter if an enemy was level 60 or whatever on normal if it was easy. And if the enemies were level 60 on
a harder setting and where harder. Level would not matter as much.

I can understand why a player would not like when the enemies level with your character. This means that the challenge cannot be overcome by leveling. But it did not feel that way to me on UEE. I leveled and then was doing Paragon. Eventually I must
have outstripped the level cap as it became much easier and I had to turn things up (twice I think).

 

^^ You're wasting your time.Lei Fang has been told countless times that the difficulty you play at determines the level of the enemies but for some reason she still thinks the enemies scale with the player & that the gear you wear has no effect.

 

Yeah, don't know why people even bother. It's like she's 12.

 

I don't, I couldn't transfer my save from PS3 to PS4 and had to start again.

Go on Diablo 3 vanilla. Somewhere in options it'll say export character and yeah your character is gone from vanilla after.
