Why do you hate your customers? (No reason ban)

Appernlty by just playing online you get banned, I played a few matches of cod then I went to sleep, next day I get a 1 week ban for no thing, thank you for treating your loyal customers like trash and using a crap ban system, on top of that I just paid
you guys 60 bucks worth of gold and I demand to be unbanned, I'm not a cheater and you can go check my profile to prove it jerks. P.s next time really check for anything suspicious about them before you give them a ban hammer, and fix the report system, I
don't wanna get perma banned for just being better then someone online otherwise I'll just sue for all my money I ever spent on y'all, Take this hint and fix it! PlayStation is starting to look like a better buy here.

Console Ban for no reason!!!

What bothers me the most is that they will tell you why your GT is banned, including all violations, but they won't tell you why your console is banned. In my opinion a GT is the less serious of the two. So why not an answer for a consule ban. I'm just
going off of what I'm hearing from all of you people that they won't give me an answer. I will just hope and wait for a response like customer support said they would provide.

well i hope ur getting it repaired at a legitamate microsoft repair center or else they might tamper with something that will get your console banned, also make sure you keep the hard drive so you dont recover any gamertags, oh and also i see your playing
halo 3 why dont you just stop doing that cause apparently if you do any one of those things ive stated above you get console banned... and how bout you just stop checking this forum?

 

You will never be banned just for being good at something.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site
here where you can file for a case review if eligible.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here can tell you anything about your suspension.

By the way,the rules are exactly the same over on PSN

 

Everything you just said did not help me with my problem what so ever, I'm in the support and yet I got none of that, You can't tell me that nobody works with these problems on the forums because if I call on the phone they say go to the forums, So no stop that
none sense, Also ain't you like admin? And are you really telling me you can't just work it out with me here like get me unbanned? and don't say you don't get banned just for being good because that's what JUST happend to me.
