That's what you did to my friend.you don't even review. no gamer asked for any safe spaces.

this is a bad marketing strategy.

Also why are people just Insta ban.

So if I start just randomly reporting people your just gonna ban them. ok

PLEASE, I NEED HELP!!

Hey please help me, I have never begged for anything before.My Xbox account has been Permanently Suspended and I need to somehow get in contact with the Enforcement Team, I have already done a case review and that was before I found out why I got banned. Now that I know why I've been banned I would be the happiest person on the face of this planet if I can do another case review. Please Help this get out there to get my account back. I am not a rich person and certainly don't have any money on me, I have spent over 1000 dollars on my account and had it for over 5 years, and would love to at least get a second chance at doing a case review or getting in contact with the Enforcement Team.Good luck out there and do not get your account banned, it is seriously the worst thing ever to happen to a gamer, especially if you buy digital games and spend money on your account. I have been really messed up and had been getting no sleep cause of this. Last thing my GT is: ITz RAPID MoDz , Once again Thank you Guys/Girls and PLEASE!

Can I get someone banned?

They see a lot of people getting mad, and a lot of people reporting others, but getting under your skin and doing something worthy of getting banned is quite different.

Did the guy use any racial slurs or say anything about illegal activities and the like? If he did you can probably get him temporarily banned, 48 hours most likely.

it would take a full on racial insult or threats of death for someone to get permanently banned and most of the time things never get that bad.

Sorry to hear this but the enforcement team does not follow this forum. The enforcement team does do an investigation before the apply an action on an account and all investigations are based on the code of conduct (https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct)
and Terms of Use which everyone agreed to when they signed up for xbox live. Also realize that falsely reporting is a violation of the code of conduct and is an enforceable action.

The case review on the enforcement site is the only way to have the ban reviewed. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done. With a case review it means they have already reviewed your account twice and determined you did do something
that violated the code of conduct.

As far as being a permanent ban versus a shorter suspension, suspension length can vary based on severity of the situation as well as any previous enforcement actions. So if you've had multiple enforcement actions in the past, that would factor into why
you received a permanent ban.

Some permanent bans are eligible for an appeal

If you're able to see the appeal / submit a case review option for suspension please send a ticket

Make sure to be as detailed as possible and don't submit the case review asking why you were banned or insulting the enforcement team (I only say this because there are some people who do this)

Since it is an old account/ban you probably will not be able to find out any information on the specifics. It is too late to submit a case review and a permanent ban will not be reversed.
