    Why does when someone actually harasses me and makes threats twords me you guys don’t actually ever do anything

    DarkGhost980, what we as gamers can do in this situation, is report the player's messages. If they are messaging you on Xbox you need to report their messages and if they are truly threatening you, actions will be taken against them.

    If this happens inside a game, you need to report using the game report system, okay?

    Reporting players not only helps us stop this kind of situation from happening to us, but we also stop this kind of player from doing it to other players too.

    If the report system does not work for you, try to contact Support directly about this issue:

    The problem choice you choose on the Support link might not give you access to Request a Call or Live Chat, and in this case, try selecting other problems ( even if does not match the issue you are facing ) because what is important here is for you to contact Support.     That’s the thing they have I even reported audio messages of them saying these things and still I get an immediate notif saying Xbox couldn’t take action

    In this situation, I think the best course of action would truly be to contact Support to ask more about it, okay? Unfortunately, here in the community, we have no access to the tools to solve this.

    Even without a case review, you should have received an email with the reason you were suspended and it should also be listed on the enforcement site. A case review is only to have them review your case and determine if the suspension should be upheld or
    not. They will not give you specifics about what you did.

    Every kind of harassment and any attempt to impersonate Microsoft officials is sorted out by the enforcement team. You as a gamer can report the perpetrator and block further communications to prevent futile stress.

    As for the case review link, any Xbox Live member with an active enforcement action issued in the last 12 months may submit a case for review. You may only request a review of your own active enforcement actions, and must be signed in to the account that
