    Why do we xbox one players have to play world of tank's with 360 players?


    3 years ago xbox boss announced that they will no longer be supporting xbox 360 so alot of us rushed out and purchased an xbox one to play world of tank's but 3 years on 360 still get support and are still playing world of tank's. Was this a ploy to make
    us buy an xbox one ?

    When will microsoft finnaly drop the 360 as players are ruining the game with there jtags, hacks and not to mention wargaming say they can not upgrade the game and can not release new content as they have to keep the download size below 50 gigs for the 360.
    Your also shooting your self in the foot as your making players (customers) leave xbox entirly and join sony i know loads that have left or others that sell there xbox one and play there old 360. Surely microsoft share holders want xbox one sales more players
    going back to there 360.

    Just give us an answer when will you drop the 360

    The decision to support the game on Xbox 360 still would be up to the developers of the game.

    So you saying Microsoft should drop support for their old console when a new one comes out? So now that I have an x, why are they still supporting the old, out dated Xbox one(s). What about Scarlett, upon it's release, should all old consoles stop receiving
    support?

    Seems if they did that, a few people may take issue, and rightly so.

    This is a community based forum, where fellow gamers help other gamers with their issues.

    As far as I am aware, it is up to Wargaming as to whether their game continues to be supported on the Xbox 360.

    Any hacking issues should be taken up with Wargaming as it is their servers that the game runs on and Xbox/Microsoft do not have any control on 3rd party servers.

    Xbox did state a couple of years ago that they would no longer be servicing and manufacturing the Xbox 360. They have continually stated that the Xbox 360 servers will stay open. The servers are needed for backwards compatibility, not just for the Xbox 360
    to connect to.
