Why do the Xbox One Games for Gold suck so badly?

I see theowenkiller still policing this thread trying to tell people how they should feel/act about free crap, good for him.

 

Stalkrate, I have to ask, why would you complain? It's not as if you
have to download and play the free games. You can, I don't know, ignore the games instead of whining about them.

I actually stopped posting after stating an opinion and getting blasted by everyone and their dogs. Maybe y'all need to step back and rein yourselves in. I do have a right to state my opinion and kid? I am 27 years old dbag. I dont think asking for a few
decent games every once in a while is demanding I am owed something. So climb off your high horse . I have put a lot of money into the XLG and feel that yeah they should put up some decent games occassionally. Emphasis on occassionaly. And why would I blast
a game I never tried? Because looking at it and the reviews, the vast majority agree that some of these games suck or are fun the "first" time and that is it. Why should I waste what little storage space I got on my Xbox? Seriously? Even disc games require
that the game be downloaded thereby taking up anywhere from 10-50GB per game. Unless it looks appealing or has a pretty good review, why should I waste my time and effort and storage space on a game that I wouldn't recommend to my dog?

 

You say majority dislike yet all I see is a bunch of community members saying they understand it will get better with time.

Also.... Ones trash is another's treasure

 

There have been some decent games.

Just because you might not like them doesn't mean they are not decent games.

Why exactly are you owed something?

 

Daft Badger are you really daft? Where did I state I was owed anything? I simply made an observation of the indie games as well as thousands of other players...emphasis on thousands not the millions that have been sold. And NxtDoc did you even read a fraction
of the comments or just jump on the bandwagon? Yes some have made reasonable comments both agreeing and disagreeing, while others have taken the route to insulting and disrespectful. So yes I will call the ones who cant make a post without the need to insult
out on their behavior. But it seems that is 99% of the Xbox Forums anymore
