I'm surprised they even allow the kinect into their country. I thought the Chinese were very hard on privacy and monitoring/censoring the internet.

The Kinect is worth it just for the IR blaster IMO.

And I really hope it does well in China just to see the games that are developed there.

A couple of million lead is not "killing it in sales" and remember that the PS4 is available in more countries world wide. Your article did a poll with 6665 voters, there's around 1.3 Billion people who in china, not very reliable.

China is overpopulated and x1 is a bit big and cant be placed vertically. Where as the competition can and is smallwr. Remember xbox has us uk australia and new zealand too. Dont just rely on one source for reviews on xbox as its likely to be biased.

I think it will do well, MS will fare better than sony in China i would think, India that will be interesting too, happy for the Chineese gettin consoles again nice people they are.

Nah, you got your 'facts' from 'cinemablend'. That site is pro PlayStation, anti Xbox. Truth is the Chinese hate Sony and anything Japanese. The Chinese are actually very positive about the XB1. Always cross cinemablend off your list if you want to read
anything that is remotely accurate.

Because it's American, Because they have been using better pc's. Why should this matter? China has been unable to make a dent in the legitimate console market since day 1. It's a country that can mimic every product on the planet, tbh I love China as a country
and the people, but it's unrealistic to try to sell such a product as a big success.
