Why do several of my accounts get suspended, On Microsoft rewards ?.

I have several accounts active on my Xbox.

Mine, The wifes and several kids.

Several of them have been suspended on Microsoft rewards.

Also one I have to keep getting unlocked on Xbox live. Why is this ?.

We have done nothing wrong that I'm aware of.

Check your microsoft profile for any recent infractions that may lead to a locking of an account. This could also be due to just the amount of profiles associated with a certain email that it has been flagged as suspicious. Check infractions here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

Thanks, But each account has it's own E-Mail addy.

I don't see how any infractions could have happened.

They are fine on Xbox live.

Just one that keeps getting locked on there.

This has only just started happening.

I can find no forum anywhere on Microsoft for the Rewards program. Is it some kind of rogue agency?

The biggest problem i have right now is that my Rewards account was suddenly suspended. For over a week I have been submitting support requests to find out why it was suspended and what I need to do to get access to it again.

FOUR support requests (so far) have gone unanswered but were closed.

I'm unable to sign into my Microsoft rewards. Whenever I sign in to Microsoft rewards it says that I'm suspended. I would like to know the reasoning of why I'm suspended. A screen pops up on the Microsoft rewards page and says "uh oh it appears your
Microsoft rewards account has been suspended. This probably because it didn't meet one of the requirements outlined in the Microsoft Services Agreement." Please let me know as soon as possible why my account is suspended.

Whenever I do go back into Microsoft rewards, and then click reasoning of suspension there is an error that pops up. The error states "It’s not you, it’s us. Something unexpected went wrong on our end. We’ll resume service as soon as possible – check
back soon to keep enjoying Microsoft Rewards. For help, please contact Customer Support." I would like to know why it's not telling me the reason for my suspension. please contact me at *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I also have a previous case
number "1497111203". Please help I have send so many emails and filled out so many forms and no one has replied back. Can someone help me
