Minecraft Realms

Hi,

I'm using the "unified" version of Minecraft on Xbox One (not the Xbox One Edition), and I'm hoping to renew a realm I rented last year.

The issue is I can't renew the realm due to the name, yet I cannot change the name at all.

Can this be helped?

Microsoft Chat support sent me to Mojang with no answers, and Mojang sent me back to Microsoft with no answers.

Then why won't Microsoft answer the question when it's asked specifically? Why do developers and publishers tell us you can't do it?

One side flat out says "no" , the other side won't answer. Somehow that means it's intended?

Then why is it only a volunteer can answer and not anyone from Xbox/Microsoft? They Made sure that was part of the problem so they didn't have to answer questions.
