    Why do my settings keep changing when I set them


    Every time I choose options to allow my child to game online it changes the settings that I put in. It is keeping them from able to join Minecraft. Plus it also keeps changing the access to payment on his account. He doesn’t need access to my card. I’ve looked online and see this has been an issue for many others over the years. I would think Microsoft would have fixed the issue or made it easier to remedy. I have seen some post on forum about adding another account. Etc etc. but that is crazy. The amount of money I pay for this stuff it shouldn’t be that hard to fix. Or contact a live representative to fix it on their end. I’ve tried to contact support to blank screens that won’t load. To call a number that just sends you back to these same options. I’m tired of putting in my email and passwords and being asked for access codes to be sent to email and entered. I want my account secure properly and my son to be able to enjoy his games.

    Although I'm able to sign in, once I do it doesn't save my notification settings. I change them every time I open it. It works until the app is closed or crashes and then I have to go in and change the settings again. The one in particular that keeps changing
    are the notifications for when favorite friends are online. Keeps unchecking itself.

    It is still set the same way, I didn't change a thing from the day I got the game. After the update everything is out. Why do I need to change my controller settings? Can't Microsoft just keep the controller settings the same? The user shouldn't need to change the way they play the game. We all bought this game for the experience.

    To do this, change a setting

    Never seen an issue like this before, something I recommend trying real quick might be to clear you system cache or try re downloading your profile. If neither of those things work. Try buying it through either the xbox store or xbox.com.

    It could possibly just be an issue with the Minecraft menu, similar to how you cannot use the GTA Store tab in GTA Online, it just black screens.

    I have this exact issue but with the avatar store. Everyone suggests that you may have a child account or your age may be underage on the account, so check that out if you haven't. But mine is definitely an adult account, my age is accurately 21 on my system,
    and all my content settings are unblocked :/
