Why do my messages not appear on the chat in Minecraft servers?

The other day i was in a voicechat with a friend when i sent something in the chat and he said he couldn’t see my message. Then, i tried this with other friends and they said the same thing. This happens in all 6 of the default Minecraft servers but doesn’t in singleplayer worlds and private servers. I did some research and i found it could be a chat suspension, but i checked my history in the enforcements page and it said my history was clean. Also, i didn’t recieve any notification that said i got a chat suspension, so i don’t know why this is happening. Please help.

Oh! I know this problem someone else has had it before! Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

I'm able to talk in everything else but the featured servers in Minecraft. Well, I can my own messages in the chat, but no one else can.

So, do you see this message regardless of the Minecraft edition you want to play? (Bedrock and Java)

Additionally, are you trying to join a customer server like hypixel, or is this message appearing no matter to what multiplayer server you want to access?
