Why do my games freeze on my Xbox one and then I can’t get into the games anymore

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with your console.

• If you haven't already, would you mind giving this a try?

- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.

- Unplug the console's power cord for 5 minutes. If you have the original Xbox One, you'll have to unplug the power supply unit from both the console and the outlet.

- Turn your modem/router off and unplug them for 5 minutes. This is not completely necessary but I'd suggest doing so if this has mainly happened while playing online.

- Plug everything back together and check if the issues persist.

• Should the previous steps not work, I'd appreciate your answering the following questions to help me better understand your problem.

- Do you receive any error codes/messages when this happens?

- Are there any external storage units connected to your console? If so, may I ask where these games are installed?

- Besides these two games crashing, have you recently had any other problems with your console?

I have done the same thing but the game keeps freezing. I have bought 4 copies and installed them all and it still keeps freezing. Idk what to do anymore. I just hope Xbox makes this game backward compatible on the Xbox one so I can see if it's my 360

Yeah but the game worked fine on my Xbox 360, I could switch the language to whatever I wanted, so why can’t I do the same on the Xbox One?

Regarding to your information I assume that you can't play the word game.

From your description, it seems like the game is constantly loading. You can try playing the game in the InPrivate mode (Ctrl+Shift+N)

to see if it works normally. This will help us isolate any influences from cookies and cache, as this type of data may affect game loading.

I play on my IPad and don’t know where the private mode is. I am not the only one having trouble,I wrote to 3 of my players and their game is doing the same thing. I can get in and play 1 game and then maybe in 3 or 4 hours I can get in to take me another turn.It has to be something with the game if all of us are having the same trouble.

I love playing this game and miss playing during the day.
