Why do Minecraft W10 Edition is running up to 30 fps?

Thanks for help, I found the solution already, if anybody else have the same issue, just go to your minecraft folder (in appdata/local/packages/Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_<some codes>/local state/games/com.mojang/minecraft pe and open the file options.txt.

There change:

gfx_vsync: (is on 1) put in on 0

(That's the vcync which help to low resources pc with the quality (if I'm wrong, correct me please)

And

gfx_max_framerate: put in on 60 or more if you want and your pc support it.

Save and open minecraft, that's all and works for me!

Funny enough that's what i'm doing. when looking up for support for Minecraft bedrock edition (W10) I'm direct to xbox support.
