Why do I still see my old gamertag and my new gamertag on my profile

1. Where do you see your old and new gamer tag? Is it the same on the web, your Xbox Console and your Windows device?

2. How did you change your gamertag? Is it on the web, on Xbox Console or Xbox 360?

3. Did you try signing out your account and sign in back to check if the changes will take effect with your new gamertag?

Hi. No it isn't showing both at the same time. When I turn on xbox it shows my new gamertag. But whenever I go online it shows the old one. Playing mw3. Multilayer with my friends they are still seeing the old gamertag. When I log in to Microsoft online it shows my new gamertag.

I've cleared cache on the xbox. Deleted profile and added again and still not updating.

Now I have completely lost my new gamertag and info, and my xbox profile has my old gamertag! Not what I wanted. Like I said, I have 2 gamertags associated with 1 account. WHAT DO I DO??

Nope still got my old gamertag on there and I did pay for this one tho when I click "Choose your new gamertag" it shows my new one but when I back out it still shows my old gamertag.
