    Why do I randomly disconnect


    I disconnect of Xbox live then can't connect for about 6 to 9 hours so I need help and im with Telstra and I tried all the troubleshooting I even downloaded my account to a different console like come on it bullcrap man it *** me off.

    Problem with controller

    Both of my controllers are also disconnecting randomly

    FIFA is the main game affected suffered 10 disconnects in one half!

    I do have my xbox in the next room so not sure what the range of the controllers are

    Random Disconection

    Anytime I play anything online it will randomly kick me off and disconnect me from parties, and I don't know why.

    Why do I randomly disconnect

    When you get disconnected from Xbox Live, can you do a connection test in the console settings to check at what point the connection fails?

    You can do the connection test by going right to the settings hub, there to the system tile in the upper left, and in the network settings choose your connection (e.g. wired or your wireless connection).

    Then do the connection test to Xbox Live.

    At what section does the test fail?

    All my recent CC transactions show up as Declined

    Getting disconnected every on Xbox Live every so often.

    I know the exact problem. Its WiFi. Use ethernet cord and it will solve your problem. WiFi tends to Disconnect every hour. I do not know why people are posting so much complicated answers but its the WiFi, and nothing else. Proof: All who disconnects randomly
    are those who uses WiFi and had their issues solved by a simple ethernet cord.
