    My Xbox would constantly overheat while playing games and recently every time I want to play it just stays on the green loading screen for around 10 minutes.I constantly have to do factory resets in order to play.Does anyone know how I can fix this or if I just need a new Xbox

    Hello Sebastian, if your console is overheating your console issue is more hardware related than system related.

    I don't know what model of your console, how old it is or if it's in a well-ventilated place, but this usually happens due to fan malfunction and also dirt inside the console.

    wouldnt be that big of a deal except for the fact that we CANT connect to xbox live because the
    [Mod Removed] updates killed my XBOX.

    Who needs an update for Freaking PIZZA HUT sucking 200+ megabites from a drive... LAME PRODUCT AND COMPANY! Did I mention all the money I wasted on game purchases from xbox live and now cant even access because the UPDATES killed my xbox!

    Sorry you're having issues. A factory reset will not reset the code. Your father will need to call phone support and explain the situation to them. Support will be able to walk him through the reset procedure.
