Why do I keep getting one time sign in codes

If the verification codes you received from your email are for accessing your own account, then it's possible that someone is trying to get access to it. I suggest that you secure your email account by changing its password and add two-factor authentication if it's a 3rd party email address so the hacker won't be able to get into your email and acquire those codes.
