WHY DO I KEEP GETTING KICKED OUT?

I've been unable to play the last 2 events, on both occasions I've been able to play the first game then the whole page disappears.

Every time I reload and click on EVENTS again, the page closes and I'm even getting kicked off playing the daily challenges as well!

I have uninstalled then reinstalled the game but it's made no difference whatsoever. Any suggestions??

why do I keep getting kicked to the Dashboard when I try loading up my Game.

0x87e1073 is the code I keep getting.

I can play all my other games except for this one.

Is there anything y'all can do to help with my Situation I'm having here?

I understand that you are experiencing issues with playing games on the Xbox.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please check your internet connection it should be stable and strong. Run a network connection test on your Xbox.

And then restart your router and modem by unplugging your router and modem, wait a few seconds, and plug them back in.

Next is to restart your Xbox. To do this, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off, then restart it.

Your Xbox must be placed in a well-ventilated area and that the vents are clear.

Then update your Xbox software. To do this, go to Settings > System > Updates and check for any available updates.

If the steps above won't work, kindly connect to a different network to see if the problem persists. This will help determine if the issue is with the Xbox or the network itself.
