Why do I keep getting kicked off fortnite every time I jump out of the skybus on my xboxone

I don't know the cause of the problem since there is no information online regarding this, but I would like to know if you have already tried uninstalling and installing the game again? In case you have done it and the problem persists, I recommend doing a restore on your console, keeping your games and applications by following these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console information > Reset console.
3. Select Reset and keep my games and apps. This will reset the operating system and remove all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

If the problem persists after performing these steps, you would have to contact the game Support or the developer in this case, Epic Games, so they can help you.

Not getting kicked off randomly. Getting kicked off every time. Always says connection to slow.

I am wired in by ethernet cable.

Brand new xboxone s bought 2 weeks ago, have yet to be able to connect to multiplayer for mor than about 4 or 5 seconds.

I have the same problem. Could the data have been corrupted somehow . Is there anyway to fix corrupted data on xbox

I have a new computer since 3 weeks and it's same I can't play the challenges

when the guy that came out to fix/work on the internet he told me to use wired bc it works better so i did but every other couple of mins i would get kicked off live but instantly signed back on but once i jumped to wireless i never got kicked off again
