    I keep getting an error code 0x89245302 when I try to purchase something on Xbox , I’ve tried switching different cards and still shows up same error

    Why do I keep getting this Error Code 0x80080207 ?

    This error means that an app cannot install or update. This can be due to an anti-virus or firewall program which is blocking access to the Windows Store for whatever reason. It can also be due to region or time/date being set to a different time.

    Go into your anti-virus or firewall settings and make sure that the Windows Store as well as any other pertinent apps have access.

    You can also try these steps:

    Method 1: Run the app troubleshooter.

    download.microsoft.com/.../apps.diagcab

    Open that link to run the troubleshooter

    Method 2: Disable Proxy Connections and check if you are using a proxy connection, then try disabling proxy and then try to purchase.

    a)Open Internet Explorer

    b)Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options

    c)Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings

    d)Uncheck the Use Proxy server

    e)Click Apply and Ok to save changes.

    Method 3: Check date and time

    a)On the start screen type "Date and Time" and open it from the settings option.

    b)Correct the date and time if it is wrong as well as the Time Zone.

    Method 4: Check Region settings

    a)Type "Region" on the Start screen and click "Settings" and hit enter.

    b)Under the "Location" tab make sure the region selected is where you are.

    Method 5: Reset store cache

    a)Right Click the Start screen (bottom left hand corner)

    b)Click "Run"

    c)Type: "WSReset.exe" and hit enter

    Method 6:Check if the issue exists in clean boot.

    Follow the steps here to troubleshoot the issue.

    I have tried the hard reset already turning it off etc. I am on Xbox Series X so when I wipe my data keeping games will I still keep my data for example gta online etc? I don’t want to lose any of my game saves so am I able to get the data back?

    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
