Why do I keep getting disconnected from my friends world

Some very important information that you need to include when asking for help on any game is:

1: What console you're playing on

2: What game you're playing

Without those two pieces of information nobody will be able to help you.

Me and my Friend keep getting disconnected from each others world. Same message over and over server was lost exiting to the main menu. Please help Ive tried everything

With mine, id be playing Minecraft on a world with friends. And every so often, my xbox live would disconnect and therfore kick all from the game, disconnect me from the wifi. It may then reconnect itself.

Now, my xbox profile keeps disconnecting from xbox live with any game or just on dashboard.

I recommend you and your friend to clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

If the problem persists I recommend calling your ISP and asking to open these ports.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Also ask to put the IP of the console in the DMZ zone, if you need additional ports this function will take care of that.
