Why do i keep getting banned?

I keep getting a communication ban every 1 month. It is getting very annoying because the only people i talk to is people in my party...#friends. I feel that the way that these situations are being handled are very annoying. I could
go online right now and get tons of people banned by going on their gamer tag and reporting them for communication. I didn't speak to anybody else beside my friend and i know for a fact this is happening because other people are sore losers. XBOX FIX THIS NOW...I'M SICK OF IT.

that happened to me in the other acount. I think there is a problem in the game when you play multiplayer but I'm not saying it's the disc.

Every time I play a multiplayer match the last few days I get disconnected during the match. This has been happening almost every single match. I confirmed that it is not my internet connection. I don't trash talk and I play the game right. I mostly
play free for all so its not like I am not a team player or anything. Is the multiplayer messing up? Am I getting booted (I honestly don't know if there is a feature that allows that or not) or is it just bad luck? I would appreciate any insights. Thank
you. I enjoy the multiplayer but this is getting frusterating.

 

It doesn't matter if you're only speaking to friends. If you're saying anything that violates the code of conduct, you can be banned.

The enforcement team investigates each complaint they receive. So they will only issue a suspension if they have determined you have done something to violate the code of conduct. So you wouldn't be able to get tons of people banned just by reporting them.
