Why do I keep disconnecting from halo infinite?

We understand that you are trying the play Halo Infinite and is unable to because of the disconnection to the matches you started. Let us check on this together so you will get back to gaming.

This issue might be caused by the Xbox Network. So, let us start in checking your Xbox Network. Multiplayer games should have at least Open NAT Type and no error in the Xbox Network. Please check your Xbox Network by following the steps below:

• Kindly go to Xbox Console's Settings.
  
• Select Network and Network Settings.
  
• Look for NAT Type and error message/code.
  
• Please reply with any error message/code you notice.
  

To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few questions:

1. May we know what is your NAT Type? Is there an error message or code when you test your Xbox Network?
   
2. May we know if you are part of Xbox Insider?
   
3. Are your other games have the same issues with Halo?

why do I need to alter my windows 10 when everything else accept halo infinite works as it should? ya ever think that the xbox app for PC for halo infinite was poorly very poorly written?

On a console my Xbox one s I try to play the co-op insider but it keeps giving me the code for some reason I’ve done mostly everything to get it to work I’ve had the halo Infinite Insider from the multiplayer preview I’ve uninstalled the insider hub and the halo Infinite preview but I can’t find it and the halo Infinite insider keeps giving me the same code each time each time hopefully that made sense to you.

I only get this message with Valhalla and not Halo Infinite, why?
