why do I have to sign into minecraft bedrock everytime I open it

Unfortunately if you have Minecraft in the beedrock version for the xbox console it only serves in the console version, understand the beedrock version it has a cross-platform function and you can play with people from different platforms but just because you have it on one platform you It doesn't have it on all platforms, you bought it for the Xbox console, it will only work for the Xbox console.

While you can use the same account to play Minecraft Bedrock Edition on multiple platforms, the game itself needs to be purchased separately for each.

Only if you have the ultimate gamepass that can be used on the console and PC version, otherwise you will not have to buy the game again on the PC version.

Minecraft Bedrock Edition is a separate version of the game from Minecraft Java Edition, and it is not possible to transfer ownership of the game between platforms. This means if you already own Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Xbox, you can sign into your Microsoft account on your PC and see if you can play with it. The problem now is that I can download the launcher but the minecraft for window which you need to download the game mode, have an error everytime i try to download. Now is that the app of minecraft for window is impossible to download so i cannot do any repair on it,

And for the payment it is Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC so i dot know what is the problem with this that make me cannot download the minecraft for window

All Microsoft login screens have this option to add the device as a secure device, you haven't mentioned the edition of the game

Also if you can share the windows edition and screenshots of the issue will be great
