Why do I have to sign into Microsoft every time the Minecraft Launcher opens?

-You may try to select the option to not request the authentication during the authentication, so you don't need to do the process again, also add the device to your trusted devices.

- You can also try to change your password and sig in again and click on remember me on this device.

Still happening, no one's answered, can one of Microsoft's help people who are paid to support the multi-billion dollar tech company assist with tech support?

Honestly, is this a joke?

Can you clarify exactly what "troubleshooting steps" you have helped walk me through? Because you actually haven't shared any?!

As a Microsoft Community Moderator, are you not aware that Minecraft was purchased by Microsoft, and all support was transferred to Microsoft Support?

I have already contacted Minecraft support; here is a quote from their email reply:

"As of September 19, 2023, Minecraft Support is no longer able to assist with Mojang/Minecraft log in or other account related issues as account migration has ended.

If you have migrated your Mojang/Minecraft account to a Microsoft account and need assistance, please contact Microsoft Support."

That's why I'm here! Microsoft, you cannot purchase a company and dissolve its customer support and then tell the customers to go to nonexistent support!!! This is the 4th time a representative has pointed me to Mojang/Minecraft support, which literally has not been functional for almost THREE WHOLE MONTHS. you are the support!!!!!! please, support the customer!!!!!!!!!

I totally understand where you are coming from. As what I mentioned on my first response, we are not able to double check your account here and the internal system of Minecraft for possible reason why you are not able to save your information on the login screen. You already mentioned that you are using a Minecraft Launcher and not a browser so technically this is something to do with Minecraft(Mojang).
