Why do I have to send Faulty items to Czech Republic at my own expense?

Okay , day one pad is knackered, go through process of organising a replacement, only to find out i need to send the thing to Czech Republic at my own cost! even though the thing is still under warranty! after sending it off my headset has died! this is
ridiculous it's going to cost £10.25 every-time poor quality Xbox one equipment fails! I'm getting more and more disappointed with this console and the service MS/XBOX is providing! used to be brilliant!

Sometimes they do send items to Czech Republic depending on what it is.

Postage Question On Faulty Xbox One Controller

I was wondering why do I have to pay the P&P for me to send my faulty controller off to the European service centre, Shouldn't Microsoft cover this like they do for faulty consoles seeing as it is obviously under 12 months old? It's going to end up costing
me upwards of £10 to send it to the Czech Republic which I think is bang out of order. Shouldn't Microsoft cover these costs as it is still under warranty?

should have just returned the whole package to the retailer and settled for a standard run console and accessories replacement.

from what ive seen from friends and read on here, a day one logo on a controller isnt worth the hassle

Yup, your probably correct, bought the thing online which would have meant just as much dicking about!

Should of done the sensible thing and bought a Launch PS4 instead!!!

Never mind. Just spoken support. Apparently they stopped selling them because demand was too high and there wasn't enough supply.

Now I have to send my power brick off to the Czech republic at my own expense. Not the best way to keep customers happy.

I just hope the replacement is not faulty especially as I will have to pay postage myself which wont be cheap considering it has to get shipped off to another country.

If you are in the UK dont bother.

Microsoft have a disgusting policy of making you send accessories at your own expense to the Czech Republic before they send a replacement. This is even if you have a warranty.

For the amount of money it costs to post a parcel to Czech and the hassle of waiting you might as well just buy a new controller.

If you are in america though you should contact support because they may have better customer service there.
