Why do I have to pay to unlock my account???

After contacting customer support I was told that I had to pay $99 to have Microsoft restore my stolen account. How in the hell is this my fault and how did it happen?

Why do I have to pay twice?

When i had my 360 i baught all the zombie maps now that im on box1(with the same username) I have to rebuy all the maps? Has anyone else had this issue.

Everything you've ever purchased should be on your download history. Nothing is ever removed from that list. Usually the only reason something would not show up is if it was purchased on a different account. If you're 100% positive that it was purchased
with your account and it's not showing up, you would need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

Sorry but anything to do with billing must be handled through phone support. No one on the forums knows about charges or reasons for charges on accounts.

 

can anyone help me i should have 31 achievements on battlefield 4 but it says i have 5 im missing 635 gamerscore from my total score the achievements are unlocked but the score has not synced/added to my profile how can i fix this help please.

Sorry it's not a billing issue. My account has been stolen, and Microsoft support has charged me to restore my accounts but that didn't happen. Now I can't access anything to do with the email address and my Live account has been stolen?? As of right now
I can't even log on to my PC and support is once again trying to fix it. How was this my fault, and why am I being charges?
