why do i have to pay to get my IP off of this site how do i get it off for free this is illegal

IP addresses are public, so even without the site people can find your IP address. So it's not actually illegal for them to get your IP address. If someone is actually using the address to DDoS then that is illegal and you would need to contact your ISP to alert them of the issue.

That would be upto your isp not you or contact the webmaster of that website

In order to connect to the internet you need a ip and it has to be viisible to anyone you connect to

Fyi you can always ask your isp for help with firewall or changing your ip

He's booting me offline using a computer, he obtains my ip address when he gets in a game and he shuts off my internet. I have ALL his gamer tags, i have the messages of him saying he did it. Why doesn't he get in trouble for doing illegal things, but my
first account gets hacked and permanently banned and i get no help as to getting it back, after I've given the proof i did not do it.

• Is your screen displaying a "No signal", "Input not supported", or a similar message?

• Have you also tried a different HDMI port on your TV or even a different TV?

• Have you already tried either of these alternative boot-up methods?

Display Reset:

- If there's a disc in the console, eject it.
- On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds to turn off the console.
- Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You’ll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. DO NOT LET GO until the second beep occurs.

Xbox Startup Troubleshooter:

- Turn your console off and unplug it for 30 seconds.
- Plug your console back into the outlet.
- While the console is off, press and hold the BIND and EJECT buttons.
- Without letting go of them, press the power button once (do not hold).
- Continue holding BIND and EJECT for 15 seconds, or until you hear a second boo-up tone.

* The BIND button is the one used to link controllers to your console and the EJECT button is the one used to eject disc games.

getting someones ip address is not illegal as its a public address, this address if accurate will only show the region and possibly state you live in, it only becomes illegal if they do any nefarious things with it.

block him and dont let him into a party and he cannot get your ip, if you need to change ip ring your isp and have them initiate an ip change, or switch off your router for about an hour then back on and its possible it will just renew the ip.
