    Why do I have to pay 10 dollars and I only did a 14 day trial on game pass


    I did a 14 day game pass some time around last month but i am now being charged 10 dollars and i dont know why. I dont want game pass anymore nor do i want to pay for it just to cancel my subscription what do i do?

    When you start the trial it warns you that you are starting a subscription that will automatically renew unless you turn that off before it renews. So if you didn't turn off auto-renewal while the trial was running, the system thinks you want to continue
    the subscription. You can try contacting support and speak to billing to see if they can do anything to cancel it - http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Yes it does show. It's for the ultimate game pass but Says 14 day trial on my bank which I already have the game pass so I don't know why it sayd 14 day trial
