    Hello,

    Just purchased a new xbox one S and setup my gamertag and a gamertag for my son (using the the windows 10 accounts we already have with parental controls). I took advantage of the free 1 month gamepass and began to download some games. My son was able to
    switch to his account and play them. Now when he turns on the console and logs into his account he is asked to login with my account when he tries to play one of the downloaded games. This means i have to physically be there everytime he wants to play a game.

    is there any way he can play the games without having to ask me to log in?

    is there a way for me to remotely log in if i am away from home?

    Just got my son off the xbox, did the home console thing on my account, shut down and he can now turn on the xbox and load games under his account without my interaction! Thank you so much for your help!

    Sorry, total noobs to xbox and didnā€™t know about the home console setting. My son is currently playing on there so just got him to check the settings and turn on home console under his account. Not sure if i needed to do this under my account? Will have
    a look at this later when heā€™s finished playing his game šŸ˜ Thanks for the support.

    Yes, you need to do this with the account on which you redeemed the game pass code, then it will share it with the other users on the console, such as the account of your son.

    Hopefully the problem will be solved with this šŸ˜Š
