Why do I have so many reports?

apparently I have been reported 7 times for cheating in the last six months. will that get me banned? I have never cheated ever. I don't even glitch either

With regards to this, you could possibly have a subscription which is set to auto renew and when it renewed, the system attempt to charge the said card linked to it but for some reason, the transaction has been declined. That could be possibly the reason
why you do have a pending balance. Might as well to contact Xbox Support for them to check on it.

Says "Cannot delete this payment method current payment until it is paid off....."

I check on the enforcement Xbox page by the way. if that helps

 

I went on the enforcement page and checked and realized that they don't ban people because of how many times they were reported they instead look into it. but whenever I press delete it says deleting is disabled.

 

if any mods ever find this could you please delete this post? I just realized how dumb I look. my apologies I should have looked into the question before I asked the forums.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you are suspended for whatever reason and you believe the suspension was in error and you're eligible. You can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review.
