    why do I have is it not showing up as owned


    I pre-ordered call of duty cold war and have completed the download as well as season one update. I am currently downloadinga second update and still can't play any of the game not even the campaign. when I look in the Microsoft store it says I have to buy
    it. I bought the ultimate edition through Microsoft points why is it not showing up as owned?

    How can I install a game I own, but is not in my library on PC?

    Do you own the game on disc or digital? If it's disc, then that will be why the game does not show in your library on PC, as you need to own the digital version for that to show up in your PC library.

    Go into the store and click on the dlc it should show purchase it through the 360 menu click ok. Basically the 360 account registers you own it but if you download through Xbox one it doesn't know it's already downloaded which is why it don't show up on
    the menus. I did this with one dlc then the rest showed up on they're own it should do the same for you.

    Definitely use the support link shown in the first reply. If they show that if you do own the game youre trying to download, at least you own it, then you have support on the line for the follow up of why cant you see it. Then they can walk you through
    steps to fix why its hidden from you

    If it randomly shows up in game, then why does it advertise the option to upgrade in the Xbox store? Also why does it show the cross gen version as purchasable when I ready own it? Usually says "You own this, manage this title"...just looking for a straight answer.

    I don't get why a blue mark on the map shows up to begin with. I never set a map marker on my own, it randomly shows up on the map. It's kind of annoying but easily removed.
