    There is currently a service alert. There is nothing you can do, but wait until it is fixed. Hopefully shouldn't be too long.

    Yesterday xbox was having some issues with their services, if you continue having this problem its probably going to get fix very soon but if the problem persists try asking our friends of support https://support.xbox.com/en-us/contact-us

    Can anyone tell me what the heck a service alert is? That's a message I get after testing my connection. My internet works the xbox tested a connection to XBL and it was sucessful. but I get a weird yellow exclamation point with "Service Alert"
