Why do I have a grey overlay?

They both use the same overlay, but both apps have different settings. No this images are from the Twitch end. I stream to Twitch, not Mixer. Which is why this is a Microsoft issue, not twitch. It's Microsofts API, hence why the mixer overlay is the
same.

Thank you, do you have an AMD graphics card? This looks like AMD's performance overlay.

Try pressing CTRL + SHIFT + O to disable the overlay.

If that doesn't work, try disabling the AMD performance Overlay in the Radeon Software settings. To do this, open the Radeon Software, go to the "General" tab, and toggle off the "In-Game Overlay" setting.

I just fix this problem by disabling Discord in-game overlay (Setting -> Overlay)

It interesting that the other programs that have this feature, such as Overwolf or RTSS , do not cause this problem

I found a workaround on Edge:

1. Launch Microsoft Edge browser.
   
2. Open a new tab.
   
3. Type the following and hit Enter – edge://flags.
   
4. In the search box of flags page enter – #edge-overlay-scrollbars-win-style
   
5. Check if Windows-style overlay scrollbars is visible.
   
6. Select Enabled from the drop-down button.
   
7. To disable the same, select Disabled option.
   
8. Restart your browser.
   

After those steps are completed there is no grey scrollbar visible - only a thin black line instead.
