When you purchase a gift for a friend the system asks for a delivery point either an email address or gamer tag, The system then sends a 25 digit redeem code to that delivery point. It does not check if the recipient already has the game or if they are
in the same region as the sender. That is down to you as the customer and purchaser to check.

As the recipient already has the game in this case it is down to the purchaser/ the person who sent the gift to issue a refund claim.

You get this message when you exceed your daily limit of messages. Exactly how many messages this is depends on the following factors:

How many messages you try to send to strangers per day

How many messages you try to send to friends per day

How many unique recipients you try to send to per day

This limit is in place to prevent unwanted messaging to multiple recipients.

Hello there! - There is not much you can do, if you've already removed said player from the group messages, all I can say is to possibly make a new group chat and dont add him, and just delete the old chat / close it, or block said recipient, other than
that I unfortunately cannot help, the Enforcement team does care and it may take a while to get to your report, as they do receive a lot of reports daily.
