Why do I get error 0x803F8001 when trying to launch a game?

I have Sunset Overdrive in my library and I was able to run it and play without problems till yesterday. Now when I launch it, I get the followin error;

Sunset Overdrive is not available in your account at the moment. Make sure you are logged in to your account. Error code: 0x803F8001

-I own this game, this is not a game pass problem.

-I am logged in to Microsoft Store and Xbox App

-I tried repairing and resetting the Store and Xbox App, also tried reinstalling the Xbox App

-I even reinstalled the game

Still I get the same error.

Hello Kyle, I appreciate you trying to help and being atrentive. I checked my system and it is updated. However, the issue persists.

I realized something weird, though. I cannot log in to outlook on my PC anymore. For some reason, my PC is having problems with connecting to MS Services ( Microsoft Store works though, as I just downloaded the game through there). I have no idea what this problem is, but I can log in to outlook and this site without a problem on my phone.

Edit: Thank you for your help, Kyle. Just fiddled with the security settings in my MS account and now everything works for some reason. I didn't change anything before the problem started so I do not know what happened there, but this is solved now.

Thanks for confirming, are your other owned games working fine?

I recommend checking your have the latest updates on your PC, go to Settings > Windows Update to check for updates.
