Why do i get banned when i report hackers and trollers

Why is my other account ban ? You guys are horrible at doing your job i reported a hacker on xbox one with a game clip for proof i message him to stop and he curses at me and this was a week ago and he dident get ban. I had four people message me this month
curseing at me for killing them in the game and i reported them and nothing happen by the way it was some pretty harsh things one kid was calling me a *** even spammed me with it and said i was poor because i was a *** even though im white so he was obvi upset
and he dident get ban so out of all those people i get ban the worse i said was *** you and that was AFTER the guy message me telling me im a scrub which is a insult but not to the joke of a enforcement team and he t bagged me so i had more then enough of
a reason to tell him to *** himself and BAMMMM i get a 12 day ban from coms. Whats really funny is this happen to me on another account someone cursed at me i said *** you and got baned for a day but somehow this account got a 14 day ban even tho he message
me first and said worse things and dont tell me you read all your complaints because if you did i wouldent get ban for saying *** you to someone who said worse to me and none of those people got ban not even a *** hacker i was told i could of block and reported
them which i did report them but thats *** because they sent the first message and hacked first so they could of blocked me but no i did nothing wrong and they dident even get a ban im sick of you guys i got a pc so i dont always gotta deal with you little
kids thinking the enforcement is a job. By the way funny thing is i may of got a coms ban but no one ever really talks in game chat and i can play a game on my main account and still talk in a party with my second account without any sign in changes in the
game so im still talking if your gunna play me ill just play you later

I alway report hackers and they never get banned why is that when I pay so I can play safely online his gamer tag is . I C U Everywere but I will see him still online hacking I'm sure

Yeah kids will be kids! I would just ignore it because real hackers aren't going to tell you that they are going to do something illegal, they just do it. Why would they tell you when you know their gamertag and can report them
and get them banned? People love to talk crap online. Thats why i dont use my mic too often. I already get enough hate mail for being female.

There is no point filing complaints for cheating unless the game is new.

The enforcement team only see what they want to see. They do not investigate cheating but they are very eager to ban you for any aggro the cheating causes.

There are definitely double standards in the way bans are handed out.

It's kinda hard to report it when they don't do nothing about it but when we get reported about trash talking and communication ban just for cutting talking trash is the natural of the gaming so why ban trash talkers that night but not hacker

[/quote]Sometimes I wish MS was faster on some of the bannings that they hand out that's for sure. But then again I'd rather them make darn sure that the person in question was in fact hacking, rather than be hasty and ban someone who was innocent.
