Why do I get banned when i don't do anything

Based on the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, they will apply an enforcement action, based on what it is you were reported for, how severe the action is, or how many times in the past you have received an enforcment action. You don't get any actions done against
you when there was no violation of the CoC.

In regards to this matter, one is not simply afflicted with an Enforcement action for no reason. The Enforcement team will act about any reports done against another player.

Based on the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, they will apply an Enforcement action, based on what it is you were reported for, how severe the action is, or how many times in the past you have received an Enforcment action.

If you feel the this was inappropriately applied to you account, we encourage you to visit the

Enforcement website and apply for a case review in order to get this amended.

Enforcement Website as we here in the forums department do not

have the tools to look into your account to determine why you were banned.
