Why do I get banned for inboxing people on Xbox I don’t swear or abuse anyone I

Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
& Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:

• Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
  
• Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
  
• Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players
  
• Hacking, Modding or Cheating

If it’s not a “exploit” and it’s a “rumor” explain why theirs pictures of the exploit? Why are big YouTubers talking about it and showing proof? Explain why there’s a lot of players getting banned for no reason at all? Everything that ur saying is pointless I don’t text anyone on Xbox and i don’t have any clips please tell me why my acc is banned then? Or have u even got banned before on Xbox Bc on the enforcements they give you a reason to your ban people are showing proof that their account is getting banned and there’s no reasoning at all. well, that's definitely a lie because I lodged a review just swearing in my answers and abusing the system and got unbanned, How do you explain that buddy. and I did review why I got banned and it was for saying "that's horrific".

haha I would hope you couldn't get banned for swearing since I do it so much.

If they were to ban people for swearing, about 80% of xbl users would be banned. lol
